About the role

We’re looking for a technically strong, creative, and detail‑oriented Zoho Web Developer / Web Designer to independently launch, maintain, and optimise Zoho Commerce web stores that sell IT equipment and services. You’ll partner closely with our SEM team to align site experience with our ad campaigns and continuously improve conversions.

Job Tasks & Responsibilities

• Build & Launch Zoho Stores independently end to end
• Maintain & Scale Catalogues & pricing
• Research and structure content based on the manufacturer’s online resources.
• SEO Ownership
• Design & UX
• Quality & Performance testing
• Marketing Collaboration
• Merchant Feeds support (Google, Bing)
• Competitive Monitoring
• Analytics & Reporting
• Documentation & Hygiene
• Issue Resolution

Skills & Experience

• HTML, CSS, JS proficiency
• Zoho Commerce and Deluge experience
• Strong SEO capabilities
• A basic understanding of Google Ads
Familiarity with relevant tools:
• Google Analytics
• Google Search Console
• Google Tag Manager familiarity
• Google Merchant Center
• Microsoft Merchant Center
• Good communication, documentation & data handling skills
• Ability to multi-task, organise, and prioritise work
• Strong problem-solving skills
