System Engineer

Job Tasks & Responsibilities
- Perform Firewall, Wi-Fi, and Network configuration, health checks, and IT services as required.
- Conduct discovery calls and create Scope of Works documentation.
- Document post-installation and configuration work.
- Complete certifications and maintain professional development records.
- Support VG sales and customers with professional service delivery.
- Participate in customer training sessions and technical enablement.
- Assist in pre-sales support and technical designs.
- Collaborate with vendor and distributor SE teams.
Skills & Experience
- Experience with vendors: Fortinet, Ruckus, SonicWall, Sophos, Peplink, WatchGuard, Cisco/Meraki.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Business Development / Sales Executive
Location: London, United Kingdom
Status: Full Time
Salary Package: Market-related + Commission (Negotiable based on experience)

Job Tasks & Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Provide pre-sales technical advice and recommendations.
- Prepare quotes, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Undertake supplier training and maintain certifications.
- Meet with customers and suppliers to build relationships.
- Develop new business through cross-selling, renewals, and lead generation.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in the UK IT Channel preferred (not required).
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
